Do I have to be a business to rent props or buy supplies?

As much as we'd love to rent to everyone, we've spent years providing the very best service to our business audience in the film, events, and design communities.  We'd be happy to refer you to one of our super talented clients who can assist you with your event, film, or visual display.

Are your rentals only for a day?

What happens if an item is damaged?

We take an unusual amount of pride in shipping well cared for items.  That means we make sure you're getting the industry's best.  Mistakes happen!  We ask that you do not repair your damages as often it's better for our team of in-house artisans to do the repair work.  Self-repaired items are subject to a much larger repair fee.  Simply return the damaged item on return and we'll advise you on the associated fee.  We always ask that our items are well looked after while on set or at your event.

How do I return ornaments?

Balls and ornaments must be returned sorted by colour and size or for ornaments, by type.  If they are not returned in the outbound format, a $19 sorting fee will be applied to your return for the first 200 ornaments that are unsorted.  After 200 unsorted ornaments the fee will be an additional $19.  We know that there may be a few dings, and we do our best to not charge you for the exception, however if the bulk of the ornaments or balls are returned damaged, a replacement fee will be applied.
